What you need

tsp pepper
tbsp gochugaru

tbsp sesame oil

lb boneless chicken thighs

tsp salt

tbsp gochujang

cup water

cup honey

tbsp soy sauce

cup brown sugar

tbsp garlic
Instructions
1. Mix the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, grated garlic, and ginger thoroughly. 2. Add the seasoned chicken into a batter made of 1 cup frying batter and 1 cup of water. 3. Refrigerate the battered chicken for at least an hour. 4. Prepare the Korean sauce by mixing gochujang, gochugaru, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil. 5. Heat oil and fry chicken at 350°F for about 5 minutes. 6. Remove the chicken, then increase the oil temperature to 375°F and fry again until golden brown and crunchy. 7. Top the fried chicken with Korean sauce and sesame seeds.
