1: Slice the cross cut ribs into riblets and season with SPG and cornstarch. 2: Sear the ribs over high heat until nicely browned, then remove from the pan. 3: Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic in the same pan. 4: Add the seared ribs back to the pan. 5: Pour in 1/2 cup of water and 1 cup of Calamansi BBQ sauce. 6: Braise for 30 minutes until the ribs are tender, adding water if needed for desired thickness. 7: Stir in the chopped bell pepper and additional chopped onion, and stir fry until tender. 8: Season with SPG or fish sauce for added flavor. 9: Serve with white rice.View original recipe
