Instructions
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. 2. In a pan, fry chicken pieces until golden brown. 3. Sautee onion and garlic in the same pan. 4. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce. 5. Pour in tomato sauce and add bay leaves.Simmer. 6. Add longanisa. Simmer until cooked. 7. Add the fried chicken pieces back to the sauce. 8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 9. Roast chopped potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers. 10. Add roasted vegetables to the chicken and sauce mixture. 11. Serve with rice.
