What you need

cup soy sauce

tbsp butter

cup water

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp pepper

tbsp brown sugar

cup vinegar

tbsp corn starch
Instructions
1: Parboil chicken wings in vinegar, soy sauce, and water for about 8 minutes. 2: Add pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and bay leaves to the sauce. 3: Remove chicken from sauce and let dry on a rack. 4: In an air fryer, cook the chicken wings at 425°F for 12 minutes, flipping them mid-way. 5: Prepare the adobo glaze using the remaining adobo sauce, thickening it with corn starch, and adding brown sugar and butter. 6: Put the wings in a bowl, add the glaze, and toss to coat.View original recipe
