1: Coat chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning, oregano, chicken bullion, and juice of 1 whole lemon. 2: Sear chicken on both sides over high heat for 5 minutes each side in a mix of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. 3: For the pesto sauce, place olive oil, spinach, garlic cloves, basil, walnuts, parmesan, half the lemon juiced, salt, pepper, and sugar in a food processor. 4: Blend until well combined into a thick sauce. 5: In a hot pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter, olive oil, heavy cream, chicken broth, and parmesan, then add the pesto sauce. 6: Add cooked noodles and mix until well coated. 7: Serve the pasta with the seared chicken and a glass of red wine.View original recipe
