Instructions
1: Cube the pork belly and season with SPG, then sear over high heat. 2: Boil the seared pork for 20 minutes and drain to render fat and tenderize. 3: For the Bistek sauce, sear minced garlic and diced onions. 4: Add soy sauce, lemon or calamansi juice, black pepper, corn starch, and sugar to the seared mixture. 5: Add the pork back to the sauce and braise covered for 25 minutes until tender. 6: Finally, add onion rings and bok choy on top, cover, and steam.View original recipe
