What you need

cup soy sauce

cup water

tsp black pepper

tbsp brown sugar

garlic
lb pork belly

onion

cup vinegar
Instructions
1: Cut pork belly into chunks and season with SPG. 2: Fry all sides of the pork belly until a nice crust is formed, then remove from oil. 3: Sear ½ diced onion and 1 minced head of garlic in the same pan. 4: Add the adobo marinade: soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, cracked black pepper, brown sugar, and water. 5: Lid the pan and place it in a preheated oven at 400 degrees to braise for about 30 minutes, until super tender. 6: Remove from oven, add the remaining ½ onion slices, and mix until onion reaches your desired tenderness. 7: Serve with rice and enjoy.View original recipe
