Instructions
1: Dice the onion and mince the garlic. 2: Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. 3: Add the diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened. 4: Stir in turmeric powder, followed by the basmati rice. 5: Add chicken stock, salt, and black pepper to the pot. 6: Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low.
