Instructions
1: Soak the bihon noodles in warm water while prepping the other ingredients. 2: Season the chicken de-boned thighs with SPG, then sear and slice. Set aside. 3: Julienne the carrots and thinly slice the Chinese sausage. 4: Mince the garlic and slice the green beans. 5: Dice the onion and chop the cabbage. 6: Season the veggies (carrots, Chinese sausage, garlic, green beans, onion, cabbage) with SPG and sear all the veggies. Set aside. 7: Make the sauce by combining chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper in a pan over low heat. 8: Add the soaked bihon noodles to the sauce and mix well. 9: Mix in the seared chicken and veggies until all flavors are well incorporated. 10: Season to taste and serve.View original recipe
