Instructions

Sear both sides over high heat until browned, then remove from pan. 2: Sauté minced garlic and ½ onion in the same pan. 3: Add tomato sauce, fish sauce, sugar, black pepper, and bay leaves. 4: Pour in coconut cream and add seared chicken back to the pan. Braise for about 25 minutes. 5: Prepare vegetables: chop bell pepper, potatoes, and carrots.
