Bistek is a savory and tangy Filipino dish traditionally made with beef steak, but this variation uses pork chops. Braised in a flavorful mix of soy sauce, calamansi, and garlic, it's topped with crispy onion rings and served over fluffy white rice. A delightful, comforting meal reminiscent of home cooking.
