Instructions
1: Slice the chicken thighs and marinate them overnight in a packet of Kare Kare seasoning. 2: Grill the marinated chicken on skewers along with seasoned grilled Chinese eggplants. 3: For the gravy, sauté garlic and onion in a pan. 4: Add 1 cup of chicken broth and another packet of Kare Kare seasoning to the pan. 5: Stir in 1 teaspoon of sugar and corn starch to thicken the gravy. 6: Smother the grilled chicken and eggplant with the gravy. 7: Serve with bagoong and add some chili paste for heat.View original recipe
