Instructions
1: Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic, sear, brown, and crumble, then remove. 2: Chop the bacon, brown it, and remove. 3: Dice and sear the onion, bell pepper, and whole garlic. 4: Add back the ground beef and bacon. 5: Add the pinto beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. 6: Add fish sauce, soy sauce, liquid smoke, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic, cumin, oregano, and paprika. 7: Set the pot to high and pressure cook for 25 minutes, or simmer on low for about 1 hour. 8: Thicken with corn starch or dilute with broth as preferred. 9: Serve with white rice and top with sour cream, cheese, lime, tortilla chips, corn bread, or crushed red pepper.View original recipe
