1: Season and sear the whole shrimp until cooked, then set aside. 2: Slice the hard boiled eggs and set aside. 3: In a pan, sear and crumble the ground pork with minced garlic and onions. 4: Add the packet of Palabok seasoning to the ground pork. 5: Add about 1 cup of water to create the sauce. 6: Boil the bihon rice stick noodles until soft, then drain. 7: Add the sauce to the drained noodles and layer with shrimp and hard boiled eggs. 8: Top with green onions, crumbled chicharron, and fried garlic chips.View original recipe
