lb pork shoulder

Instructions
1: Season pork shoulder with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cube and sear the pork. 2: Mince garlic and onion, then sauté in a pot. 3: Add cubed Roma tomatoes, tomato sauce, bay leaves, chicken bouillon, sugar, and black pepper to the pot. 4: Add the seared pork to the pot and simmer for at least 1 hour until very tender. 5: Chop the carrots and potatoes, then add them to the stew along with the chopped hot dogs. 6: Once the potatoes and carrots are tender, add the peas. 7: If needed, add corn starch slurry to thicken the stew. 8: Serve the stew with rice.View original recipe
