Instructions
1: Thinly slice the rib eye beef, then mix with salt, pepper, and a coating of corn starch. 2: Sear the beef over high heat in a pan until browned and a crust forms, then set aside. 3: Cut off the tips of the string beans and slice them into about 1-inch pieces. 4: Dice the bell pepper and slice the mushrooms. 5: Mince half a head of garlic. 6: In the same pan, sear the string beans, bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic over high heat until browned and slightly blistered. 7: Add the beef back into the pan with the vegetables. 8: Prepare the sauce by mixing the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, water, brown sugar, grated garlic, ginger, and corn starch. 9: Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to combine. 10: Serve with rice.View original recipe
