What you need

lb pork shoulder

sugar

tbsp chicken bouillon

Instructions
1: Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then cube and sear it using a broiler. 2: Mince the whole garlic and onion, then sauté them in a pot. 3: Add the cubed Roma tomatoes, tomato sauce, bay leaves, chicken bouillon, sugar, and black pepper to the pot. 4: Incorporate the seared pork into the mixture and simmer for at least 1 hour until the pork is very tender. 5: Add chopped carrots, potatoes, and hot dogs to the stew, seasoning and searing them beforehand. 6: Once the potatoes and carrots are tender, add peas for a final touch. 7: If the stew needs thickening, add a corn starch slurry. 8: Serve the stew with rice.View original recipe
