Instructions
1: Season pork belly with SPG and fry until a nice crust forms. 2: Remove pork from the pan and sear minced garlic and half chopped onion. 3: Add the marinade consisting of vinegar, soy sauce, and water to the pan. 4: Add bay leaves and black pepper to the marinade. 5: Return the seared meat to the pan, cover, and place in a preheated 350°F oven for about 45 minutes until the sauce thickens and the meat is tender. 6: Add brown sugar to blend the flavors along with any veggies like onions, and do a final simmer to soften.View original recipe
