Instructions
1: Soak the Jayone potato glass noodles in warm water for at least 30 minutes. 2: Thinly slice the chicken thighs marinated in Jayone Kalbi sauce. 3: Prepare the veggies: slice the onion, carrot, garlic, and shitake mushrooms. 4: Scramble and lightly fry the eggs; roll into a log and slice into strips. 5: Sear the marinaded meat and remove from the pan. 6: Add oil and water to the pan, then toss in the prepped veggies. 7: Layer the spinach on top of the veggies. 8: Add the soaked noodles and pour in some Kalbi sauce. 9: Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. 10: Add back the seared meat, egg strips, and toasted sesame seeds, and toss everything together.View original recipe
