Instructions
1: Season and sear pork shoulder or belly on high heat until browned. 2: Boil the pork for 25 minutes to remove impurities and tenderize, then drain. 3: Saute ½ diced onion and whole minced garlic. 4: Add 2 tablespoons of Jayone Gochujang and 1 can of Jayone Kimchee. 5: Add 10 cups of water, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 packet of Sinigang Tamarind seasoning. 6: Add back the pork and boil again for 25 minutes until totally tender. 7: Add ½ pound of trimmed green beans until softened. 8: Add 1 diced Roma tomato and 1 bag of spinach. 9: Serve over white rice.View original recipe
