This homemade ice cream blends the classic halo halo flavors of Ube, Sweet Red Bean, and shredded coconut. It's a perfect treat for summer heat, made using a Cuisinart ice cream maker.

Instructions
1: Freeze the Cuisinart bowl for at least 24 hours. 2: Hand blend heavy whipping cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. 3: Pour blended mixture into the frozen bowl of the ice cream maker. 4: Churn for about 25 minutes until it thickens. 5: Add ube halaya, sweet red beans, and toasted coconut, saving some coconut for toppings. 6: Add half the ube first and then the remaining ube when nearly done for larger streaks.View original recipe
