Instructions
1: Coat chicken in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning, oregano, and chicken bullion. Juice a whole lemon over the chicken. 2: Sear chicken on both sides over high heat for 5 minutes each in olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. 3: For the spinach basil pesto sauce, combine olive oil, spinach, garlic cloves, basil, walnuts, parmesan, juice from half a lemon, salt, pepper, and sugar in a food processor. Blend until well mixed. 4: In a hot pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter together with olive oil. Add 1/3 cup each of heavy cream and chicken broth, along with the pesto sauce. 5: Add the cooked noodles to the pan and mix until well coated. 6: Serve the pasta with the cooked chicken and a glass of red wine.View original recipe
