What you need

tsp vanilla extract

tsp cream of tartar

pinch salt

tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
1: Melt the chocolate over a double-broiler until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in the butter, vanilla and salt. Set aside to cool. 2: Beat the egg whites until frothy. Add cream of tartar, slowly add sugar. Beat until stiff and glossy. Set aside. 3: Stir the egg yolks into the chocolate mixture. 4: Gently fold in the meringue in thirds. Mix JUST until you see no more white streaks. 5: Spoon the batter into 3 ramekins, not 4 like I did. You’ll get a deeper soufflé. 6: Bake at 400 for about 10-12 minutes.View original recipe
