Instructions
1: Cube the boneless skinless chicken thighs. 2: Marinade chicken in a mixture of yoghurt, lemon juice, one head of minced garlic, salt, cumin, garam masala, paprika, and minced fresh ginger for at least 4 hours. 3: Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers. 4: Broil chicken skewers for about 10 minutes until cooked and have some char. 5: In a saucepan, prepare the sauce by sautéing diced onion and minced garlic in oil. 6: Add cumin, turmeric, coriander, paprika, and chili powder; cook until fragrant. 7: Stir in tomato puree, tomato sauce, and heavy cream; bring to a boil. 8: Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and reduce to simmer until desired thickness.View original recipe
