Instructions
1: Sear minced onion and garlic. 2: Add 1 tablespoon each of soy sauce and vinegar, 1 teaspoon of bouillon, black pepper, sugar, and a bay leaf. 3: Add about 2 ½ cups of water and boil the ramen noodles in it. 4: Broil sliced cebuchon until crispy on the edges and tender in the middle. 5: Broil some bok choy. 6: Layer the boiled ramen noodles, sliced cebuchon, and bok choy together. 7: Top with an over-easy egg, and serve.View original recipe
