tsp bouillon

tsp cumin

tsp coriander

tsp garlic

tsp oregano

tsp garam masala

tsp black pepper

tsp turmeric

tsp paprika
Instructions
1: Prepare a blend of Indian spices including Garam masala, curry, turmeric, coriander, garlic, black pepper, bouillon, paprika, cumin, oregano, and sugar. 2: Add juice from a whole lemon and extra virgin olive oil to the spice mix to create a paste. 3: Coat the chicken thighs with the spice paste and let marinade for 1 hour. 4: Melt butter in a pan and sear the bottom side of the marinated chicken. 5: Baste the top of the chicken thoroughly. 6: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and place chicken on the lower rack. 7: Bake the chicken for 35 to 40 minutes, basting with the juice three times throughout. 8: After baking, baste again and broil on the top rack for about 5 minutes or until the skin is crispy.View original recipe
