These fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs are infused with Adobo flavors and glazed with a banana ketchup and garlic sauce. Cooked in an instant pot and finished under the broiler for a sticky perfection, they are perfect for any summer menu.

What you need

Instructions
1: Season both sides of the ribs generously with sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 2: In the instant pot, add soy, vinegar, garlic, quartered onion, bay leaves, and liquid smoke. 3: Place the seasoned ribs on the rack and pressure cook on high for 20 minutes. 4: In a separate bowl, prepare the BBQ glaze by mixing BBQ sauce, banana ketchup, brown sugar, liquid smoke, garlic powder, soy sauce, and optional heat ingredients. 5: Remove ribs from the instant pot and place them on a rack. 6: Generously slather the BBQ glaze over both sides of the ribs. 7: Broil at 550°F on medium rack for about 5 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning. 8: Remove when the glaze is bubbling and caramelized. 9: Serve with remaining sauce.View original recipe
