Instructions
1: Season pork shoulder with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then cubed and seared. 2: Mince and sauté whole garlic and onion. 3: Add cubed Roma tomatoes, tomato sauce, bay leaves, chicken bouillon, sugar, and black pepper to the pot. 4: Add seared pork and simmer for at least 1 hour until very tender. 5: Add chopped carrots and potatoes, and chopped hot dogs to the stew. 6: When potatoes and carrots are tender, add canned or frozen peas. 7: If needed, add cornstarch slurry to thicken the stew. 8: Serve with rice and enjoy!View original recipe
