What you need

cup soy sauce

tbsp butter

cup water

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp pepper

tbsp brown sugar

cup vinegar

tbsp corn starch
Instructions
1: Parboil the chicken wings in a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce, water, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and bay leaves for 8 minutes. 2: Remove the chicken from the sauce and let it dry on a rack. 3: Preheat the air fryer to 425°F. 4: Air fry the chicken wings for 12 minutes, flipping them midway. 5: Prepare the adobo glaze by thickening the remaining adobo sauce with corn starch, brown sugar, and butter. 6: Place the wings in a bowl, add the glaze, and toss to coat.View original recipe
