1. Lightly grease a 9 inch x 5 inch non-stick loaf pan with oil, butter, or cooking spray. Line with parchment paper, leaving a 2 inch overhang on the long sides. Grease the parchment paper as well. 2. Add the bananas to a large mixing bowl and mash with a fork until pureed. 3. Pour the UBE condensed milk can into the bowl and mix well, leaving the mixture slightly chunky. 4. Fold in the self-rising flour until just combined, being careful not to over mix. 5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Optionally, add chips or nuts as desired. 6. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until the center is cooked through. 7. Serve warm with butter for extra flavor.
