1: Season and sear the chicken with SPG (salt, pepper, garlic). 2: Boil about 10 cups of chicken broth or water. 3: Add minced garlic, chopped onion, fish sauce, bouillon, and black pepper to the boiling liquid. 4: Add the seared chicken and boil for about 30 minutes. 5: Chop the carrots and dice the potato, then lightly fry them before adding to the broth. 6: Chop the cabbage and add it to the pot. 7: Add the dry Sotanghon noodles to the chicken and broth.
