1. Butterfly and pound your chicken breasts until they are 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. 2. Marinade in Mang Tomas, leave in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. 3. Arrange three separate shallow dishes with flour, whisked egg, and panko bread crumbs. 4. Pat the chicken dry, then coat the chicken breasts in the flour, shake off any excess. 5. Dip them into the egg, completely coating. 6. Coat completely with panko crumbs. 7. Fry until golden brown, which should take 3 or 4 minutes on each side. 8. Slice, and serve with additional Mang Tomas on top. 9. Serve with white rice and Atchara.
