These Gochujang sweet, sticky, fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs are seasoned with a blend of spices and pressure cooked for tenderness. The ribs are glazed with a delicious gochujang sauce and broiled for a caramelized finish. Easy to make and incredibly flavorful!

1: Mix seasoning blend of salt, pepper, garlic, Jayone gochutgaru, brown sugar, and cinnamon. 2: Rub the seasoning mixture thoroughly onto the rack of baby back ribs. 3: In a pressure cooker, combine ½ cup of soy sauce and vinegar. 4: Place the seasoned ribs on a rack in the pressure cooker. 5: Set the cooker for 30 minutes on high. 6: While the ribs are cooking, make the glaze by mixing ketchup, Jayone gochujang, Jayone gochugaru, soy sauce, brown sugar, and fish sauce. 7: Once the ribs are done, remove them from the pressure cooker and coat them with the glaze. 8: Place the ribs under the broiler for about 5 minutes until caramelized. 9: Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
