1. Boil bihon in 4 cups of water for about 5 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside. 2. Sautee garlic, then brown and crumble ground pork. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Remove shell from shrimp, clean, and add shrimp to browned pork until mostly pink. Set aside. 4. In 4 cups of water, add Palabok seasoning, stir and boil until completely dissolved. 5. Add shrimp shells, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove shells. 6. Add cooked pork and shrimp to sauce, stir and simmer for about 10 minutes. 7. Pour sauce over cooked noodles. Top with sliced boiled egg, toasted garlic, chopped spring onions, crushed chicharron, and calamansi or lemons.
