1: Thinly slice the rib eye steak and mix it with salt, pepper, and corn starch. 2: Sear the steak over high heat until browned and set aside. 3: Cut off the tips of the string beans and slice them into 1-inch pieces. 4: Dice the bell pepper and slice the mushrooms. 5: Mince half a head of garlic. 6: Sear the vegetables over high heat until browned and slightly blistered. 7: Add the beef back into the pan with the vegetables. 8: In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and water. 9: Add the mixture to the pan along with brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and corn starch. 10: Stir until everything is well coated and the sauce is thick. 11: Serve with hot rice.
