1. Combine cold heavy cream and condensed milk, and beat until double in volume and fluffy. 2. Stir in chopped mangoes, don’t overmix. 3. Layer crackers, and spread mango cream, and repeat until dish is full. 4. Final layer, top with more mangoes. 5. Freeze at least 4 hours, and sit in refrigerator for about 1 hour before slicing.
