1: Cut the green beans diagonally into 1" pieces and sear over high heat until blistered and half-cooked. Remove from pan. 2: Dice the bacon and sear until brown. Remove from pan, leaving about 2 tablespoons of oil. 3: Sauté the minced garlic and 1/2 onion in the remaining bacon grease. 4: Add the ground beef and sear until browned and crumbled. 5: Stir in the patis fish sauce, oyster sauce, and add black pepper. 6: Add the cooked green beans and bacon back to the pan, and cook until the beans reach desired softness. 7: Serve over white rice and enjoy.
