Transfer the mixture to a Ziploc bag to create a piping bag. 4. Separate the lumpia wrapping sheets. 5. Fill each sheet with the lumpia filling and roll it up. 6. Fry at 350°F for about 3 minutes on each side until browned. 7. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
