These baby back ribs are pressure steamed and infused with Filipino adobo flavors, then broiled to achieve fall-off-the-bone tenderness. The infusion process includes soy vinegar and bay leaves, with optional liquid smoke for a grilled taste, followed by a delicious soy banana smoky ketchup glaze.

1: Pressure steam the baby back ribs in an adobo broth for 20-25 minutes in a pressure cooker. 2: Prepare the BBQ Filipino Glaze by searing whole garlic and 1/4 onion, or using 1 tsp of ground onion and garlic seasoning. 3: Add soy, vinegar, banana ketchup, brown sugar, and black pepper to the glaze. 4: Remove the ribs from the pressure cooker and coat them completely in the glaze. 5: Broil the ribs on the top rack at 550°F for about 5 minutes until the glaze is bubbling and caramelized.
