1: Cut the green beans diagonally into 1” pieces. Seared over high heat until blistered and half cooked, then remove from the pan. 2: Dice the bacon and sear until brown, then remove from the pan, leaving about 2 tbsp of oil. 3: Sear the whole minced onion and garlic in the remaining bacon grease. 4: Add the ground beef and sear, brown, and crumble it. 5: Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper to the beef. 6: Incorporate the green beans and bacon, then cook until the beans reach desired softness. 7: Serve over white rice and enjoy.
